Tackling racial harassment in the NHS: Evaluating black and minority ethnic staff's attitudes and experiences

This study analyses the experiences of racial harassment suffered by black and minority ethnic staff, and the effectiveness of their employers in tackling it. The report considers harassment by patients, relatives or members of the public, and other staff members, such as line managers. Finally, the report gives guidelines for action to reduce bullying and harassment.

HARPWEB consists of three websites, each developed in collaboration with health professionals working with asylum seekers and refugees in the UK. They are designed to enable you to easily access the wealth of information, practical tools, and articles that have been written by health care professionals, NGOs, academics and research bodies with expert knowledge of working with asylum seekers and refugees, both in the UK and other countries.  The Communicate site allows the creation of multilingual appointment cards. The appointment card is filled in on screen in English, one of over 30 languages is chosen, the appointment card is translated, and then is ready to be printed.
