Kate Richardson
Kate Richardson is a partner at Open Cultures, a research and learning disability consultancy. Drawing on practical experience from their professional background in education, black and minority ethnic advocacy and speech and language therapy for people with learning disabilities, Open Cultures have produced a range of discussion papers on issues affecting people with learning disabilities and brain injury. Their specialist interest is black and minority ethnic community access to public services and the role of advocacy services in reducing health inequalities.
