Ghazala Mir is a Principal Research Fellow at Leeds Institute of Health Sciences, University of Leeds. She leads studies exploring health inequalities affecting people from minority ethnic and faith communities and people from other socially excluded populations. Ghazala is Director of the Ethnicity Training Network, which promotes the transfer of research evidence into policy and practice in health and social care settings.
